Emergency Oil Spill Kits

A spill kit is an emergency pack of absorbent materials used to clean up spills of a liquid.
Due to typical working environments where oils and similar liquids are required, spills are incredibly common.
Having a readily available emergency oil spill kit to hand will allow workers to quickly clean the spill so as to minimise risks to the environment and avoid potential pollution issues.
Access to an emergency oil spill kit for rapid cleaning also mitigates the risk of injury to people which helps to reinforce health & safety policies and procedures.
Oil Only absorbents are generally white in colour.
They are designed for the selective recovery of oils and oil based fluids whilst repelling water, which can include fuels, lubricants (mineral and vegetable) and other hydrocarbon based fluids.
