Flexbimec has introduced to the market a new generation of hose reels based on mechanical designs that guarantee a comfortable hose rewinding in all possible applications such as:

The hose reels are available in three main materials:

  • Epoxy powder-coat painted carbon steel

The hose rewinding can be carried out:

  • Automatically by the use of a spring

  • Manually by the use of a hand crank

  • By the use of an electro-hydraulic motor

THE REASON FOR CHOOSING FLEXBIMEC.

 

During more recent times, many hose reel manufacturers (through costing and margin pressures), have begun to source Far Eastern materials, which has impacted negatively on product reliability.​

​

To avoid poor quality products, Flotec turned to Flexbimec an Italian manufacturer, who produce all their components in-house from its manufacturing plant in Italy.

​

After utilising the Flexbimec product range on several high-profile contracts, Flotec was able to demonstrate significant improvements in long-term product performance and reliability, and the benefits of the Flexbimec range.

From this success, Flotec recently signed a distributor agreement with Flexbimec to exclusively offer the product range within the UK.

​

From its purpose built 12,000 square foot unit in Loughborough, Flotec is ideally situated to support the UK market with the Flexbimec hose reel and lubrication equipment range.
